i-Record is a small, UK-based, independent recording
company dedicated to producing classical, jazz, acoustic
and spoken-word recordings of the highest calibre. We specialise
in location digital recording services, digtal editing and
mastering at a first-rate facility.
If you're considering making a recording you'll want
to know that informed and musical production decisions
are combined with the technical know-how and equipment
used by the world's finest recording companies. We have
nine years' experience of professional instrumental performance
and engineering experience that enables us to communicate
in the same language as you!
High-quality equipment is essential. We exclusively use
Schoeps microphones, Troisi & Apogee A-D converters,
DAV preamplifiers and Alesis hard-disk recorders to bring
you the last word in sonic purity and musical reproduction.
We use an advanced editing system: virtually any take
can be seamlessly patched into a main take, ensuring that
the 'impossible' edit no longer exists.
